Project Overview
ITW Computers is an enterprise-grade e-commerce platform designed around a polyglot microservices architecture. The system demonstrates how different technologies can be combined within a single ecosystem by assigning each service to the language best suited for its workload. As the Full Stack Developer, I was responsible for designing and developing the User Service and Order Service as part of an Enterprise Application Development project. The platform includes dedicated services for product catalog management, order processing, user management, and payment workflows. Communication between services utilizes both REST and gRPC protocols, while an API Gateway provides unified client access. The deployment pipeline is fully automated using GitHub Actions, Docker, and AWS services for scalable and reliable delivery.
